• Midwest and Southwest manufacturer's representatives, The Perlman Group, established in 1951 was acquired by The Kirschner Group, Inc in 1999. Territory: 13 Midwestern states and 4 Southwest States.

  Territory: Europe, Asia, Latin America and Middle East.
  
  
• The Kirschner Group, Inc., acquired Rogers & Jones in 1999. Territory: 4 Southwest States.
